fine for keeping children if a child has 2 parents unfair
Why punish families who have both parents more money than those who only have one. And surly a fine should be age related my children are 4 and 6 have both parents at home and we are taking them on holiday in june this is a massive saving and they wont miss any exams both are doing well and will probably learn more on the 2 weeks away
