Save Yamuna River

Additional Information

The state of Yamuna River is well known amongst Hindus and the Indian government. Not only the United Nations but the Indian government has itself declared the Yamuna River dead
We request the UK Government to put pressure on the Indian Governments to Act and bring back clean water of Yamuna River from Yamnourtri glacier (Himalayas) to Allabhad.

We request the Indian Governments to stop releasing deadly untreated waste into the Yamuna River at Delhi.
We request the Indian Governments to remove below Barriers and restore the original natural flow of the Yamuna River:
1. Hathink Kund Barrage
2. Wazirabab Barrage
3. Okhla Barrage

We request the Indian Government to treat their Industrial and Domestic waste and not to pour untreated waste water into Yamuna River.
