Hold a referendum on Rejoining the European Union or Staying out of the EU
The UK public believes that Brexit has not brought the country any tangible benefits and also that there are no future prospects of any.
Over 630 polls since 2017 give concrete evidence that the public:
- believes that in hindsight it was wrong to vote to leave, and
- now wants to Rejoin the EU
Of 467 polls since July 2017 asking if Brexit was right or wrong or if we would now vote Remain or Leave, 436 back Remain (with just 10 for Leave and 21 tied).
A further 164 polls since Nov 2021 show 160 back Rejoin the EU with only 4 for Stay out.
No poll since May 2022 has supported Leaving/Staying out. All 254 polls since then have been in favour of Remain/Rejoin with a lead of up to 29% and a recent average of 23%.
Democracy means the right to change your mind. It's time for another vote.
