Additional Information

At the moment there is no legislation stating how long the police can keep somebody on police bail pre-charge, this meaning that they are under no obligation to carry out an investigation with speed. I would like a time scale set on how long the police are able to keep somebody on police bail and if extra time is required by the police it should be obtained through the court system.
