stop the buying and reselling of car practical driving tests.
Stop people from buying and reselling practical tests at a higher price. make it so that you need a theory test to be able to book a practical test as apposed to just letting anyone book one.
its actually ridiculous that the waiting time for a practical test is 6 months. You either remove the expiry date from our theory test certificates or you ban the reselling of practical driving tests. Buying a test for £250 is absurd.
