Change Legal Driving Age To 16.
I would like the government to lower the driving age to 16. If this is not possible, then the provisional age should be lowered to 16.
16 year olds are more than capable of driving a car. This has been proved in places like the USA. If the government does not wish to do this, the provisional age should be lowered to 16 to allow 16 year olds to get used to the roads for a year while being aided by a seasoned driver.
