Give main carers of children sole rights to tenancy after relationship breakdown

Petition Details

Set a rule for joint tenancies so that following relationship breakdown the parent who is the primary carer of the children has the sole right to occupy the property and the other tenant can be removed from the tenancy without having to go to court.
