Make it mandortory for offenders to participate in restorative justice

Additional Information

As a survivor of horrific sexual abuse, I as many others are once again in the hands of offenders in regards to restorative justice. It should be law that offenders should have to face the victim/survivor as it is key to the victim/survivors progress. Give the victim/survivor the choice.
