Devolve Value Added Tax (VAT)

Additional Information

The Scotland Act should be amended to allow the Scottish Government to set the VAT rate in Scotland and retain all revenue from the same. The Block Grant to the Scottish parliament from the UK treasury should be reduced by the appropriate amount.
