Retired props to referee international scrums
The British Government to lobby World Rugby to require a retired international prop (>30 caps) to be added to as an additional match official.
The retired prop would saunter onto the pitch when scrums are formed and act as a specialist scrum referee
I want the government to prevent any more egregious referring errors such as those witnessed five times on Saturday 21 October at the Rugby World Cup
