Otter warning signs to be placed where otters have been hit by traffic or in known places where Otters are known to use.Road warning signs will inform Drivers & passengers, It will also prevent RTAs and Otters being killed unnecessarily .There is a lack of information about Otters on the Roads of Carmarthenshire ,I know of many Otter deaths in a 25 mile radius with in six months .Steps are needed to protect Otters for the future of the next generation
