Make Removals a trade
I want the government to recognise the removal industry as a trade because every other country recognises removals as a trade
The positives about recognising the removal industries as a trade would be that they can be paid a living wage, therefore could reduce the chances of poverty and homelessness within this type of job. It would also remove the fact that removal workers would have to work double jobs just to survive. Not only that it would encourage the workers to work harder and more effectively, also it would increase their motivation to progress even further into the career.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you want to see greater recognition of people working in removals, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
