Honours List top 100 taxpayers
As a way of increasing national revenue and as a way of recognising their financial contribution to the state, the top 100 individual taxpayers should receive awards in the Honours system. Maybe such competition would lead to more tax being paid by those that who ought to be able to contribute more.
The Cabinet Office should promote this new criteria for awards as part of the Honours system. And, the Prime Minister should obtain the Queen's consent.
