Change the law on recalled prisoners
Change on how recalled prisoners are dealt with by the Parole Board. Recalled prisoners who were denied parole were in fact NFA’d by the police so should not of been denied parole on no evidence
Recalled prisoners are not a statistic they should be heard and agree with new law changes on recall prisoners

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you're concerned about arrangements for people who are recalled to prison, but we're not sure how you want existing arrangements to be changed.
The cases of prisoners who are recalled are already sent to a parole board. Decisions about whether to grant parole to recalled prisoners are a matter for parole boards, not the Government or Parliament.
You can find out more about when cases of recalled prisoners are sent to parole boards here: www.gov.uk/guide-to-probation/being-taken-back-to-prison
