Devolve/ create, Scottish Regional Assemblies, abolish Scottish Parliament
It it time that the Scottish Parliament was abolished, and that Scotlands regions should get there own assemblies. If and when scotland's parliament is abolished, then the powers they have should be desolved to the asseblies
