Method of slaughter labelling for meat

Additional Information

We demand that the goverment makes it compulsory in the UK food industry for all British meat and poultry (beef, chicken, pork and lamb) to be labelled with both:
- Halal or Not Halal (H or NH)
AND
- Stunned or not stunned (S or NS)

Consumers care about traceability and where their meat is coming from and it is essential that we are aware of our choices when it comes to the purchase of meat.
