Do not ban the XL bully, have people own a pet licence or to pass a test
The government should not ban dogs, as dogs are not bad animals it’s the owners. The government should make people have pet licences or have to take a pet test and have a dbs check
The government should do this because what they are planning on doing is disgusting and they should not ban them.
