All murderers to be jailed for a full-life term
Rather than capital punishment, which is final, let's jail ALL murderers for a FULL LIFE TERM. That way, if a miscarriage of justice occurs, it can be rectified, whilst real murderers would be out of circulation for their WHOLE LIVES.
