Reintroduce dog licenses.
Propose the reintroduction of dog licenses, with license fees going to local councils to aid them in the cleaning of streets and other areas resulting from careless owners failing to clear up their pets mess, or those who pick it up but decide to leave the bag with its contents on the ground.
