Make it compulsory for all dogs to be on leads on public land.

Petition Details

Make it illegal to have your dog off a lead in public spaces.

Additional Information

Too many dog on dog attacks.
Too many dog on human attacks and deaths.
Too many irresponsible owners with no control over their dog off lead.
No consideration for dogs on a lead who may be nervous of other dogs approaching and traumatised by the experience.
Owners are less likely to pick up dog dirt when off lead.
