make silent fireworks the only legal fireworks
ban all fireworks that make noise as they can trigger people with ptsd, animals or people with sensory issues.
i find it cruel that animals and people are fearful of the loud noises of fireworks when they don’t even serve a purpose. the only purpose of a firework is for the colour, not the bang it makes therefore deeming the noise pointless.
