Require employers to eliminate the gender pay gap

Petition Details

The gender pay gap is the average difference between the pay for men and women who are working. There is a gender pay gap because women on average are paid less than men. We want the Government to help make pay between men and women equal, by requiring employers to eliminate their gender pay gap.
