Request a debate on Everton's penalty, VAR issues, PGMOL accountability, FFP charge delays, and conflicts in refs working for nation-owned clubs.
Call for a government review on UK football's integrity, focusing on FA and PGMOL's fairness in Everton's penalty, VAR inconsistencies, PGMOL's unaccountability, FFP charge delays, and refs' potential conflicts from private work in nation-owned clubs.
