Change the legal driving age to 16
I want the driving age to change to 16 because, i know that there is arguments about car crashes might increase and such, but that’s why during the test the driving instructor can be strict about it and really make sure that the learner is ready to be out on the road by their self.
I want the driving age to be changed because I feel like people at the age of 16 aren’t as stupid as they seem to be and if they were on the road they would realise that if their not careful then they are in trouble
