Bring the higher tax bracket in Scotland in line with the rest of the UK.
The very low ceiling of £42,000 for paying 41% tax in Scotland, is causing quite low paid people to fall in to paying 41%tax, including pensioners that want to try and earn a bit more money to save for harder times.
To ease the burden on already financially struggling people.
