DWP Investigations regarding pension credits for probate
In stressful and emotional times for bereaved families the DWP should conclude their investigations quickly and not take 8 weeks to respond. In these days of online forms you can check if you are entitled to receive pension credits, in principle, in seconds. It is acknowledged that these checks need to be made, but the DWP process should be more "lean" and speeded up
