Increase Environment Agency funding to protect ancient woodlands

Petition Details

Give the Environment Agency greater funding in order to enable it to more promptly investigate and prosecute those who commercially benefit from the destruction and vandalism of ancient woodland, especially in areas listed as Sites of Special Scientific Interest.

Additional Information

Laws are in place but they need to be enforced, which we believe is not happening properly.
