We need more roundabouts

Additional Information

There are just too many trafic lights, which cause congestion because car are queing when the roads are clear. Roundabouts keep cars and buses moving, resulting in better traffic flow and therefore reduce C02 emissions in addition to fuel savings. Too many councils are introducting traffic junctions and destroying traffic flow.
