Don't Increase the minimum financial requirement for Family visa to £38,700.
Increasing the financial requirement to £38,700 is unrealistic and will see many families ripped apart.
Considered keeping the current minimum requirements or capping it at £20,000
Many people who are married to a non-British citizen will be faced with either leaving the home they have built together or lossing loved ones.
My husband and I have just married last month and we now face being separated again after our hard work and effort to making our future possible. We are one of many couples and families who now fear for our future.
