To raise awareness about gender inequality around high-school/workplace .
In recent years ,even though it's their right to not being discriminated against their gender ,some students/co-workers think it's alright to create rumours around school/workplace .
(Especially in schools :calling names for doing something that is stereotypically from the other gender).
To prevent students from being discriminated against for their gender and providing them with equal opportunities,and by creating a gender-free working environment in the working force.
