DO NOT CHANGE Exiting spouse visa extensions or ILR FEES
Keep the existing spouse fee requirements for extentions and ILR
The law in 2012 was raised but exiting spouse extension and ILR was able to carry on with the old law making the extension process less hectic the new law is coming in spring there are people that have been earning and meeting the requirements of 18,600 and have all paper work ready the sudden change will affect their payslips and ability to meet the new requirements in a short period of time for spouse visa that expires a month after March/April
