Additional Information

School is affecting many young people's mental health. Exam stress, in-school relationships, friendships, peer pressure, and bullying are some main aspects of what can cause students to be stressed, anxious and depressed. Some students may also be scared to go to school. An extra day off would help students over come their mental health, by having time free of stress, spending with loved ones, and getting help.
