Send ULEZ scrappage vehicles to Ukraine
The expansion of the London Mayor's ultra low emission zone (ULEZ) on August 29th is leading to thousands of vehicles being scrapped, many functional, in exchange for a subsidy payment.
We demand that suitable vehicles from the scheme be sent to Ukraine!

Decisions about the ULEZ car and motorcycle scrappage scheme are a matter for the Mayor of London, rather than a decision about policy or legislation that is made by the Government or Parliament.
