Black history as KS4 option.
KS4 presents young people with the opportunity to make choices about what they would like to study.
Evidenced by The Tail, young BME males underachieve.
If there were an option to study a topic that allowed young black people to view those who look like them achieving and making positive choices it could impact their aspiration greatly.
