Petition Action

“Assisted Dying” to be made a non chargeable offence when safeguards in place.

Petition Details

“Assisted Dying” made “Legal” when all safe guarding is in place (professional, family and friends) having input, to put an end to a persons life, if said person adamantly wants it to happen. Even having euthanasia as a legal right written into legal documentation held with solicitors & lawyers.

Additional Information

We put animals out of their misery whether they be pain physically, mentally or emotionally. It’s about time the UK allowed its human populous to decide their own “end” with the help of professionals in the health sector, family & friends. If euthanasia can also be incorporated into individuals legal requests whilst of sound mind and body with all provisions taken in to account and all due diligence sort, this would make people less likely to attempt incredible harm on themselves and others.
