Secure and safe dog fields In light of the XL type ban
I would like to propose a partnership within councils and landowners to create safe secure field spaces to allow dogs to have freedom to exercise in light of the incoming ban as these dogs very muscular and high energy, keeping them on leads isn’t going to provide sufficient exercise for them.
We need this to become nationwide. Dog owners of ALL breeds would benefit from this as well as the banned type dogs who are suffering from the uneducated and un responsible owners actions.
We need to get all councils across the UK to provide spaces owners and their dogs will be safe in and give the dogs a life they deserve and some freedom within a controlled and safe environment.
There are plenty of non banned breeds who need safe and secure spaces too

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. It's not clear if you want the Government to require local authorities to create secure dog fields for the exercise of banned dog breeds, or provide funding for this, or do something else.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
