Petition Action

Students in school are the victim of assault and have rights also

Additional Information

We petition the Government under The Equality Act 2010 to uphold the right of students at schools, to have the right to bring a criminal case for assault at a school in school times, and not give the school the right to have an internal investigation which benefits the school, and not the student how are victims of the assault. All assaults in schools should be reported to the safeguard team and the police, and the schools should not be judge and jury under a school policy giving them that right be so.
