Greater Vaccine Transparency
More research conducted before being injecting into our youth. Greater transparency toward their effectiveness coinciding with less biased on the governments behalf. People with no conflicts of interest to make the decision. People whom prescribe them to give both accounts, not to dismiss the negative side.
