Bring back the road tax disc. I think this will help reduce the number of illegal drivers on UK roads.

Additional Information

To help identify drivers who are not road legal. A quick way to identify this is with a valid holographic tax disc. This would enable transport police to conduct roadside stops and random checks to remove illegal drivers from the road. This should help legal road users stop subsidising higher insurance premiums due to uninsured drivers.
