Retrial for Marine Sergeant Blackman

Marine Sergeant Blackman's original trial was biased and unfair. He was "tried" in a military court, where the jury was purely military and his conviction was biased on political/career motives.
Marine Sergeant Blackman's original conviction should be quashed and a new trial in open court with a 12 person jury should be held.
