Require driving licence suspensions after collisions until investigation is over

Petition Details

I would like anyone who is involved in a serious road traffic collision to have their licence suspended until any police investigation is concluded.

Additional Information

I don't think that people who have been involved in a serious collision should be able to drive while this is under investigation.
