Offer grants to legal migrants who want to leave the UK

Petition Details

I would like the Government to provide financial support to legal migrants who voluntarily want to leave the UK, for example, Montserratians who came here after the volcano eruption, and may now want to return to their home country if they could afford to.

Additional Information

It could help ease the strain on the UK as it would be a one-off payment to the person leaving, and could reduce welfare costs and pressure on public services like the NHS.

Some people don’t have the funds to leave the UK. This way, they could have the funds to go and have a foundation to be able to sustain their leaving.
