Reinstate Dog Licences for Breeders and Owners

Petition Details

I have witnessed the recent implementation of the XL bully ban. This has made it clear to me, and many others in the dog community, that we need a system in place to manage and regulate dog breeding and ownership. One such solution is reinstating a mandatory dog licence for breeders and owners.

Additional Information

The funds generated from these licences could be used to employ more dog wardens - professionals who ensure that dogs are kept under control and do not pose a threat to people or other animals.

By bringing back a licensing system for breeders and owners, we can ensure better welfare for our beloved pets while also providing necessary resources for their management

. It's time we took action not just as individuals but as part of the larger community of responsible pet owners.
