Reconsider BSL and the banning of "breed types"
A electronic dog licence similar to a chip on a bank card that you will add your dogs chip number to the licence so they can't buy a puppy or rehome a dog if you don't have a licence
No one will sell a dog or puppy to someone without a licence because they will not be able to sign the dog or puppy off there licence there for will still be responsible for the dog or puppy owners can be stripped of there licence for many reasons giving full control of who can have dogs targeting the end of the lead where the problem lies building a profile on the owner banning bad owners that brings up bad dogs (dangerous dogs) not all dogs as a "type" are bad
