Stop Rishi Sunak from going forward with his plan in decreasing the holidays

Petition Details

What I need from parliament is to stop Rishi Sunak from going forward with his operation in decreasing the holidays for pupils in school

Additional Information

The reason why I want parliament to stop Rishi Sunak from doing this is because it’s clear how pupils need the holiday break from working long hours everyday and deserve time to themselves and taking that away from them would not only affect the teachers but also the pupils mental health by overloading them with more education and not giving them the break they need

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

The Government has not announced any plans to reduce the length of school summer holidays in England, so we're not sure what you want the Government or Parliament to do.
