Allow all working females a mandatory 2 days off work for their menstrual cycle.
To implement a mandatory 2 day menstrual leave for all female employees. Menstruation, a natural and essential process for women's reproductive health, can often cause physical discomfort, pains and decreased productivity. This policy will improve the health and productivity of female employees.
Implementing mandatory menstrual leave for female employees is important for several reasons. It acknowledges the significance of menstruation, provides necessary rest and symptom management, promotes gender equality, and improves productivity and work-life balance.
