Make Parental Alienation a crime with heavy custodial sentances.
All past and presant cases where parental Alienation is presant should be recognised as child abuse. Where the child should automatically regardless of the use of the childs voice be rehomed with the victim parent.
Parental Alienation to be recognised under serious crime. Child abuse act 1989.
All children to be protected from psycological and physical harm.
50/50 post seperation care to be naturally imposed on a week on week of basis.
Recognise Parental alienation in the domestic abuse act as a post seperation spousal abuse.
