Require owners of dogs who cause road accidents to provide contact details

Petition Details

Pass law that means if a dog causes a road accident, the owner of the animal must provide their contact details.

Additional Information

So for example if an animal causes a cyclist to fall off their bicycle, the animal owner would have to provide their details, the very same way car drivers have to provide their details if they hit a dog whilst driving.
