Make Dog registration & lead wearing law for all Dogs.
Make the laws fair for all dogs and owners to be responsible for there dogs big or small, make them also accountable, as they can all bite or mame,
With the dog type exemption in place with on a lead and muzzle, I call for all dogs to be kept on leads, as type exempt dogs don't have a chance to defend against dogs running off lead who attack defenceless muzzled dogs, this is an unfair advantage to dogs who in the main are very nice natured, it's very unfair, so make fair for all breeds & owners to have same advantages,
