Pause UK-India agreements due to policy on visas for those of Pakistani origin

Petition Details

We call for the Government to pause its trade negotiations with India and the implementation of the India-UK migration and mobility partnership, in protest of India’s visa policy towards British nationals of Pakistani origin. We believe this visa policy is discriminatory.

Additional Information

Thousands of British Citizens may be unable to perform their job, study or visit due to longer and more onerous visa procedures, purely because of their ethnic origin.
